AI CFO

A finance department that never closes the books late.

  • Full finance workspace: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and ratios, break-even and sensitivity, budget vs actual, receivables, payables, ABC/XYZ.
  • AI agent that flags anomalies: “cost of goods in Branch 2 rose 6% this week”, “client Y is past due”.
  • Ask in Telegram: “How much did we sell yesterday?” — the agent answers from the company’s own books.
  • Connectors: 1C (OData), Odoo (JSON-RPC), bank statements (1CClientBankExchange), Excel.

03 · Execution

Executive Task Manager

Task management built for top management.

  • A/B/C/D priorities, Kanban, departments, private and recurring tasks.
  • Telegram bot: create a task in four steps, see “my tasks”, sign in with a one-time link.
  • Every evening at 19:00 each person gets tomorrow’s and overdue deadlines; leadership gets a visual daily report with what is stuck and which decisions are needed.
  • Only the assignee can change a task’s status — accountability by design.
  • Next: an AI agent that follows up on deadlines and execution, so the executive does not have to chase.

04 · Diagnosis

AI Auditor

A 281-procedure audit methodology, turned into software.

  • Financial audit: 8 stages, 61 blocks, 281 procedures. HR audit: 15 stages, 59 blocks.
  • The team enters facts, not opinions. The AI auditor proposes a score and an annualized money impact for each finding.
  • A senior auditor approves every AI suggestion before it reaches the report.
  • Output: traffic-light scorecard, issue registry, charts and a PDF report for the owner.

Specification v1.0 complete (September 2026). Development is next.

AI CEO

A weekly decision brief for the owner.

  • Combines two signals: money (from AI CFO) and execution (from the Task Manager).
  • Answers three questions every week: what changed in the numbers, what is stuck, and which decisions only the owner can make.
  • Recommends, never acts alone. Every action stays with a named person.
  • The “decision needed” list in today’s daily report is its first building block.

Built by operators

OSMAN started in 2018 in Tashkent as a business-architecture practice. Over eight years the team built finance, management and HR systems inside 200+ trade and distribution companies. In 2026 we began turning that methodology into software, so a company can run it every day without a consultant on site.

Our products are specified in-house and built with AI coding agents under strict checkpoints, automated tests and a written decision log.
